Job Overview:

The RV & Fleet clerk is responsible for maintaining and operating a centralized reception area and telephone system. Additionally, the clerk will assist the RV & Fleet manager with the RV park. This job description is not an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of this position. The RV & Fleet clerk is expected to perform all duties and responsibilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to work station as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks – cash handling, check authorizations, faxing, copying
  • Maintains cash drawer – drops cash as required and submits supporting documentation
  • Answers all incoming telephone calls, takes messages and transfers calls
  • Greets and screens all visitors
  • Displays attentive, upbeat and enthusiastic behavior during each and every interaction with all guests throughout the shift
  • Requires some standing and walking, continuously and throughout the entire shift
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)

  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • One (1) year of office experience- required
  • Six (6) months of cash handling or teller experience- required
  • Six (6) months experienced user with Opera- required
  • The willingness and ability to take direction from management- required
  • Experienced and proficient user in Microsoft Word and Excel; a basic skills test will be administered and candidate must achieve at least eighty (80%) skills pass rate- ­required
  • Must have effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Willing to work odd and irregular hours including weekends
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
  • Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
