No dealing experience needed—Wind Creek will teach you! We are looking for the following three skills:

  1. Ability to provide exceptional guest service
  2. Ability to take instruction and demonstrate dexterity
  3. Strong basic math skills

POSITION SUMMARY
Wind Creek is seeking enthusiastic, service-focused individuals to become Table Games Dealers. Dealers create a fun, engaging gaming environment while dealing games accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with all policies and procedures.

DEALER SCHOOL INFORMATION
Classes will begin in January 2026 at Wind Creek’s Dealer School.

Evening Class
• Wednesday, Jan 7 – Saturday, Feb 14, 2026
• 6:00pm–10:00pm
• Baccarat + 1 novelty game

Day Class
• Wednesday, Jan 7 – Saturday, Feb 27, 2026
• 1:00pm–5:00pm
• Blackjack / Spanish 21 + 1 novelty game

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
21+ with valid authorization to work in the U.S., high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, professional appearance per Wind Creek standards, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

SPECIFIC POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must pass an audition and math test, be able to identify common cheating methods, stand, bend, stretch, lift 20 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, handle stressful guest interactions professionally, and must be able to obtain and maintain an occupational licensed issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal table games efficiently (55 hands or 45 spins per hour), provide friendly and professional guest service, shuffle and deal cards, manage chips and game flow, accurately handle wagers, verify fills and paperwork, report irregularities, follow gaming regulations and safety standards, maintain control of game equipment, and perform other assigned duties.
