This guide describes some of the key features available for guests while playing.

Go Cardless!

With cardless play, you can log in and earn points on your favorite game.

  • Select the Wind Creek Rewards login button on the screen.
  • Enter your phone number.
  • Select your name and start playing.

To access valuable Rewards such as FREE Play or Points, you'll be asked to enter your PIN. Please note, your phone number must be setup on your Rewards account with PLAYER SERVICES prior to using this function.

Not a Rewards Member? Sign up at Your Game.

  • Select the Wind Creek Rewards sign up button on the screen.
  • Enter your drivers license number, birthdate, and phone number.
  • Your PIN will be your four-digit birth year.
  • Confirm your information and start playing.
  • Visit PLAYER SERVICES to validate your account to be able to participate in promotions.
Free Play Icon

Download Free Play.

  • Press the $ icon on the screen or display.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Select PROMO or POINTS. PROMO will download any available FREE Play. POINTS will download earned points to be used for game play.
  • Select dollar amount ($1, $5, $10, $20, or MAX).
  • Press OK to confirm.
TV Icon

Watch TV from your game.

  • Sign in to your Rewards account.
  • Select WATCH TV icon on the screen or display.
Game Reserve Icon

Hold Your Game.*

  • Sign into your Rewards account.
  • Choose GAME RESERVE.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Select Game Reserve Time.
  • Press OK to confirm.

*This function cannot be used with credits on the machine. Game will automatically go back into play once time has expired. Game Reserve is available for eligible Rewards Members only. Game Reserve time allowances vary per eligible Rewards Member.

Drink Icon

Order a Drink from Your Game.*

  • Select the drink icon.
  • Select SEARCH or CATEGORY.
  • Select type of drink.
  • Confirm drink order.

Gift Icon

Select your gift while you play with the PLAYER BOUTIQUE Program.

  • Browse and select your gift from the available options.

Reset Your Pin from a Kiosk.

Method 1: Drivers License Verification
  1. Swipe Rewards Card at the kiosk.
  2. Select FORGOT PIN.
  3. Select RESET PIN USING DRIVERS LICENSE.
    • You will be prompted to swipe your drivers license for verification.
    • If your drivers license is not accepted, please see PLAYER SERVICES.
  4. Enter the new 4-digit PIN you would like to have associated with your account.
    • You will be prompted to enter your new 4-digit PIN twice to assure both entries match.
  5. Once completed, you will receive the message: PIN SUCCESSFULLY CHANGED.
Method 2: Text/Email Verification
  1. Swipe Rewards Card at the kiosk.
  2. Select FORGOT PIN.
  3. Select one of the options below by clicking in the white box to the left of your preferred option, then hit SUBMIT.*
    • Get verification code at your registered email address. OR
    • Get verification code at your registered cell number.
    *Please note, you must have immediate access to the email account or text messaging account that you are requesting the verification code be sent to.
  4. Once you receive the verification code through your email or text messaging account, enter it on the screen and hit SUBMIT.
    • If you do not receive a verification code, select REGENERATE CODE to repeat this step.
  5. Enter the new 4-digit PIN you would like to have associated with your account.
    • You will be prompted to enter your new 4 digit PIN twice to assure both entries match.
  6. Once completed, you will receive the message: PIN SUCCESSFULLY CHANGED.
