Scheduling
Please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to check in and enjoy the facilities. Should you arrive late, please remember that your service will end at its original time so the next appointment may begin as scheduled.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24-hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes is required to avoid services billed in full. All services need to be guaranteed against a credit card.
Age Requirement & Spa Attire
Age Requirement
Spa services are appropriate for Guests 18 years and older. Guests under the age of 18 may enjoy nail services when accompanied by an adult.
Spa Attire
A luxurious robe and spa slippers will be provided upon arrival at the spa. Please disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn during the treatment. All staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used to ensure your privacy and comfort. The purchase of a service includes use of the whirlpool, sauna and steam room. If you wish to enjoy these amenities, please bring a swimsuit.

Technician Preference
Please inform us if you prefer a male or female therapist. If you have no preference, our reservationist will book you with the best-qualified therapist for your individual needs.
Gratuities
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all spa services.
QUIET AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT
To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment, please turn off cellular phones and electronic devices at the spa. Tobacco and alcohol are not permitted.
