I. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to those who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry and not on any exclusion list or banned/evicted list maintained or enforced by Wind Creek Atmore, or its affiliates. This Ladies Night Social Media giveaway (“Giveaway”) is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. This Ladies Night Social Media giveaway (“Giveaway”) is only open to females (gender is determined by the designation on the Participant’s driver’s license). Employees of Wind Creek Atmore, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of an Employee are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

II. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant/participant/entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and by such entry You represent and warrant that You meet all eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept any and all decisions of Wind Creek Atmore as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway, and Your eligibility to win.

III. Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online on Wind Creek Atmore’s Facebook page starting on June 11th, 2026, at approximately 4:00PM Central Standard Time, and ending on July 31st, 2026, at approximately 11:59PM Central Standard Time. All online entries must be received by July 31st, 2026 at approximately 11:59PM Central Standard Time to

be eligible to win.

IV. How to Enter: Participants may enter the contest in one of two ways: a Single Entry or a Super Entry:

For a Single Entry: Guests must visit Full Swing (located in the Entertainment Center hallway at Wind Creek Atmore, across from the Cinema) and take a photo or selfie with themselves and Full Swing clearly in frame. In order to receive one (1) entry, Guests must then comment the photo on any of the official Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway posts, found on Wind Creek Atmore’s Official Facebook page @WindCreekAtmore (post will be notated with this text in the caption, “*Official Ladies Night Social Giveaway post”). There will be a total of eight (8) separate “*Official Ladies Night Social Giveaway” posts that will be posted throughout the duration of the giveaway. Guests may comment a qualifying photo and submit a Single Entry once (1) per week. Duplicate photos will not count as additional entries in the same week. The max Single Entries one guest can receive is eight (8) entries total (1 per week for 8 weeks).

For a Super Entry: Guests can visit Full Swing and purchase the Ladies Night themed cup or redeem a voucher for a free Ladies Night themed cup on Casinoverse (full Casinoverse instructions are below). To receive the Super Entry (worth four (4) entries for the week), Guests must take a photo of the Ladies Night themed cup, themselves, and Full Swing in frame. Guests must then comment the photo on an official Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway post, which will be notated with this text in the caption, “*Official Ladies Night Social Giveaway post.” There will be a total of eight (8) separate “*Official Ladies Night Social Giveaway” posts that will be posted throughout the duration of the giveaway. Guests may comment a qualifying Super Entry photo to enter once (1) per week. Duplicate photos will not count as additional entries in the same week. The max Super Entries one guest can receive is thirty-two (32) entries total (4 per week for 8 weeks).

*Note: Participants cannot post a Single Entry and a Super Entry in the same week. Only one photo will be accepted per week.

The max entries one Guest can receive is 32 entries.

Casinoverse Instructions: One (1) themed Ladies Night cup will be made available for redemption through CasinoVerse each week during the promotion period. The available cup is limited to one (1) total redemption per week and is not available on a per-guest basis. Once the weekly offer has been successfully redeemed in CasinoVerse, the themed cup may be claimed at the Full Swing Bar.

To participate, guests must download the CasinoVerse mobile application, available free of charge through the Apple App Store for iPhone devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices, if they have not already done so. Guests must create or log in to their CasinoVerse account and connect their Wind Creek Rewards account.

Guests should navigate to the WStore within CasinoVerse and select the Hot Picks section to view available offers. The weekly themed cup offer will be available randomly throughout the week on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the offer has been claimed by a guest, it will no longer be available for redemption by any other guest during that week.

Limit one (1) themed cup available for redemption per week. No substitutions. No cash value. Offer is non-transferable. Guests may visit Player Services for assistance with CasinoVerse account setup. Technical support for the CasinoVerse application is available through the app.

By entering the Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway, You agree to abide by these Rules and, by Your entry, You represent that Your posts, comments, and any other forms of engagement submitted by You are completely Your own original work and do not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, copyrights, or rights of privacy or publicity.

You must meet all eligibility requirements and Your entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Wind Creek Atmore. You may not enter more than once per day, except as otherwise permitted through bonus entries, and You must provide all required information. You may not attempt to circumvent these Rules by using multiple accounts, identities, or devices. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Rules, all Your entries may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Wind Creek Atmore.

V. Prize: One (1) winner of the Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway will receive a prize valued at approximately $200 total ($150 Cabana Rental and $50 Bottle of Wine). This prize includes one (1) cabana rental at Wind Creek Atmore and one (1) bottle of wine to be enjoyed with up to four (4) guests. The winner and all guests must comply with all property age requirements, and the winner must be a female (as designated on her driver’s license) to be eligible to receive the prize. Taxes, gratuity, and transportation are not included. The specifics of the prize (including scheduling availability, blackout dates, and usage restrictions) shall be solely determined by Wind Creek Atmore. There is only one (1) winner. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted, except at Wind Creek Atmore’s sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission by You for Wind Creek Atmore to use Your name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

VI. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

VII. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by random under the supervision of agents of Wind Creek Atmore. The winner will be notified on Wind Creek Atmore’s Facebook page within 72 hours following selection. Wind Creek Atmore shall have no liability for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If any winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seventy-two 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the winner’s prize may be deemed forfeited by Wind Creek Atmore in its sole discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in the Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as winner’s execution of a declaration and release in favor of Wind Creek Atmore. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER (AT WIND CREEK ATMORE’s SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You: By entering the Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway, You understand and agree that Wind Creek Atmore, and anyone acting on behalf of Wind Creek Atmore, Wind Creek Atmore’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, Your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Acceptance of tickets constitutes the winner’s permission to use his/her likeness and name for publicity and/or promotional uses without compensation. To be a winner, You must sign a publicity release.

IX. Terms & Conditions: Wind Creek Atmore reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Wind Creek Atmore’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Wind Creek Atmore may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the underlying cause beyond Wind Creek Atmore’s control. Wind Creek Atmore reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Rules. Wind Creek Atmore has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Ladies Night Social Media Giveaway, You agree to release and hold harmless Wind Creek Atmore and its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Your participation in the Giveaway and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; and/or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

XI. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE POARCH BAND OF CREEK INDIANS WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before the Tribal Court for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all right to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. To the fullest extent allowed by law, You agree any litigation related to the Giveaway shall be by bench trial, and You further waive any right to a jury trial.

XV. Facebook: The Giveaway hosted by Wind Creek Atmore is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, You, the entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of these Rules.
