Gift Card Rules

Gift cards contain no cash value. Gift cards are non-transferable and can be canceled at any time. Gift cards can be used only at authorized merchants designated by Wind Creek Casino. Please note that branded Spa gift cards can only be purchased (and redeemed) at Spa at Wind Creek.

Cards are issued by United Bank of Atmore, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International. By accepting, signing, or using this card, you agree to the terms of the cardholder agreement.

Cards cannot be used for gaming and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

For purchased gift cards, a monthly maintenance fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your card balance after 12 months of no activity. An $8.00 ($30.00 for express shipping) fee will be assessed to replace a lost or stolen card. 3% of the total transaction amount will be charged for foreign transactions.
