Wind Creek Casino & Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items. All hotel rooms are equipped with in-room safes where personal items can be safely stored. Items found on the casino floor or left in a hotel room will be delivered to the Security Department, recorded as found and kept for at least seven (7) days. Items which are not claimed within seven (7) days may be discarded or donated to charity.
Should you lose a personal item while visiting a Wind Creek Casino or staying at a Wind Creek Casino Hotel, you should immediately contact Guest Services. We will search our records and if the item is found, we will arrange to return it to you.
