All entities involved will benefit from this location. Because of the immediate access to and from I-80 that the Halsted Street site affords, this will lead to higher use of the facility that will generate significant revenue for all involved.

This location is governed by the Villages of East Hazel Crest and Homewood, which have a history of strong, stable leadership, as well as the proven track record of working together for the common good. The area residents would benefit from increased job opportunities as well as Wind Creek’s commitment to give back to the community.

As one of the largest business owners in East Hazel Crest for over 50 years, I believe I am well qualified to offer my opinion on this subject.
