Hiring Process

  • View our career openings, find the best fit for your skill set and apply online.
  • After applying—if you meet the right qualifications, a recruiter will reach out and set up any required testing and interviews (depending on the position, interviews can be conducted in person, on the phone or virtually).
  • After interviewing, if you’re selected for an offer, the recruiter will contact you and make an official offer.
  • Once accepted, you’ll be scheduled for pre-employment. Pre-employment consists of completing new hire paperwork (including signing a Biometric Information Privacy Policy form), completing an IL gaming license application and if applicable, having a wardrobe fitting. All Team Members must have the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license(s).
  • Licensing Requirements
    • Given the nature of our industry, the state of Illinois requires that every person who works at a casino, regardless of their position, obtain a license. This is called an Occupational License, issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. We will assist with the entire licensing process. However, we like to be transparent and inform all of our candidates that failure to obtain this license means we cannot move forward with hiring.
    • The licensing process is an extensive background check conducted at both the state and the federal level.
  • Orientation is the official start of employment—where we’ll address company policies and expectations. Team Members are paid while in orientation (their normal rate of pay). Though subject to change, it lasts for three days (typically Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
  • After completing orientation, you’ll start work at your new position.

If you need reasonable accommodation to complete the online application, please contact the Human Resources Department.
