MC Lyte is an iconic trailblazer in Hip Hop, celebrated as both a legendary rapper and DJ. With a groundbreaking career spanning over 30 years, she made history as the first female rapper ever nominated for a Grammy Award. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including BET's I Am Hip Hop Award, honors from ADCOLOR, BET Her, the National Urban League, and the Black Music Collective. MC Lyte was the first rap artist to perform at Carnegie Hall and the first female rapper to achieve a gold certified single. In addition to her artistry, MC Lyte serves on the Kennedy Center's Hip Hop Culture Council. In partnership with the Center, she produces the annual "I AM WOMAN" event, which celebrates the contributions of women in Hip Hop. In 2026 she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Every barrier she broke in music expanded hip-hop's voice and vision.

Michael Flowers is a Grammy-nominated producer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist known for his dynamic sound and versatility across genres. Throughout his career, he has worked with and performed alongside renowned artists such as KEM, Syleena Johnson, Carl Thomas, Kindred the Family Soul, Chanté Moore, and Kirk Whalum, among others.

In addition to his work as a producer and musician, Michael is the founder and leader of MFX Nation, a Neo-Soul, R&B, and Jazz band that has captivated audiences with performances across the globe. Known for his musical excellence, creativity, and passion, he continues to make a lasting impact in the music industry through both collaboration and innovation.
