How do I access Casinoverse?

Casinoverse is available to download on Apple’s App Store and the Google Play Store, or on WindCreekCasino.com.

How do I submit bonus votes on Casinoverse?

  1. First, log into the Casinoverse App or website using your email and password. If you do not have an account, click SIGN UP to create an account using your Wind Creek Rewards number (and 4 digit PIN number).
  2. After logging in, tap the WSTORE icon.
  3. Once in the WSTORE, tap the HOT PICKS or QUESTS icon to view available QUESTS (QUESTS are mini-challenges offered within Casinoverse!). Pro Tip: make sure your “preferred property” is set to Chicago in order to view the QUEST.
  4. On the QUESTS page, scroll and choose a Quarterfinalist (example: SING YOUR WAY – JOHN DOE). After finding the Quarterfinalist, you can view the QUEST description by tapping the yellow information (!) button. Click the green REDEEM button to activate the QUEST. Please note that you are limited to (1) QUEST per day (4 total QUESTS per contestant), per Quarterfinalist from August 5th-8th.
  5. From there, there is a two-step verification to redeem the QUEST. After redeeming the QUEST, click the red WIND CREEK icon at the bottom, then click the QUESTS icon to view your active QUEST. Next, click the yellow information (!) button to view the Task (this is what needs to be completed to receive the prize). For this QUEST, earn 25 tier-points on your favorite slot machines to receive 5 bonus votes for your favorite artist!
  6. After redeeming a QUEST, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, you are good to start earning on the casino floor!

How do I check the status of my bonus votes?

  1. You can check the progress of your selected QUEST by visiting the ACTIVE QUESTS page. Once you earn 25 tier-points, the QUEST will show as COMPLETE.
  2. Once the QUEST is complete, you will receive another confirmation email congratulating you on completing the QUEST.
